I consider myself a visual cake artist which means I like to recreate cakes from Pictures or drawings. I utilize the skills and talents I developed from golf into my cake business. I have great attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and every cake I try to do better and better perfecting my craft. My assistant is Angie Fletcher.
